Daily Duties

Daily inspections of property working closely with maintenance crew to maintain a daily custom check sheet
Recommend repairs, capital improvement and solicit bids for these projects
Monitor vendors and contractors on property to insure quality control
Contacts vendors in emergency situations
Work directly with the Board of Directors
Attends Board, Annual, and Special Meetings
Provide 24-hour on-call service
Assists Association with insurance matters Assists in developing the annual budget
Answer mortgage questionnaires and dues requests for title companies
Works closely with accounting to ensure invoice approval before payment, help in collecting delinquent accounts
Work directly with Association’s CPA firm on annual audit
Work with Board of Directors to have a Storm Preparedness and Recovery Plan
